Popular for its excellent wings, this casual chain delivers hit-or-miss experiences: superb food and fast, friendly pickup at times, but frequent long waits, order errors, undercooked items and even reports of illness tarnish reliability. Guests report salty fries, missing delivery items, broken ice machines, flat soda and chaotic service during busy periods. Some shifts are clean and efficient and staff can be very helpful resolving issues, so consistency appears to be the real problem.

I ordered from this restaurant through Uber Eats, but when my food arrived, the bag was open, and the sticker was torn. Some items were missing from my order. I reached out to Uber Eats but haven’t received a response yet. I waited an hour for my food, which was quite frustrating. I decided to visit the restaurant in person to see if they could fix the order. I didn’t expect much, but to my surprise, they were quick to resolve the issue. It was football Sunday, so I appreciated how efficiently they handled it.
I received undercooked food! I believe it was raw, so I called to voice my complaint and ended up being put on hold for 10 minutes. It was a really frustrating experience.
The food is generally quite good, but the fries were overly seasoned to the point where I could hardly eat them. It took an incredibly long time for my order to arrive—about an hour from when I placed it until I finally started eating, and I tend to eat quickly. On the plus side, the wings were excellent. I might give them another chance, but if I have a similar experience again, I won't be returning.
I did a orden online, i’m i did not received my drinks, i call the store and the lady who answers said you can come and pick it up. i ordered online because i cannot go to the store. she said that she will call me with a credit and did not call me.
Food was great but it took a while to come out. Had to wait around 10 minutes over the time given online.
