I... read more I ordered from this restaurant through Uber Eats, but when my food arrived, the bag was open, and the sticker was torn. Some items were missing from my order. I reached out to Uber Eats but haven’t received a response yet. I waited an hour for my food, which was quite frustrating. I decided to visit the restaurant in person to see if they could fix the order. I didn’t expect much, but to my surprise, they were quick to resolve the issue. It was football Sunday, so I appreciated how efficiently they handled it.

It took an incredibly long time for my order to arrive—about an hour from when I placed it until I finally started eating, and I tend to eat quickly. On the plus side, the wings were excellent. I might give them another chance, but if I have a similar experience again, I won't be returning.

It wasn't worth the trouble to drive back for a replacement, which left us disappointed with that part of our meal. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and helpful while we waited for our order.
