I... read more I ordered from this restaurant through Uber Eats, but when my food arrived, the bag was open, and the sticker was torn. Some items were missing from my order. I reached out to Uber Eats but haven’t received a response yet. I waited an hour for my food, which was quite frustrating. I decided to visit the restaurant in person to see if they could fix the order. I didn’t expect much, but to my surprise, they were quick to resolve the issue. It was football Sunday, so I appreciated how efficiently they handled it.

It took an incredibly long time for my order to... read more The food is generally quite good, but the fries were overly seasoned to the point where I could hardly eat them. It took an incredibly long time for my order to arrive—about an hour from when I placed it until I finally started eating, and I tend to eat quickly. On the plus side, the wings were excellent. I might give them another chance, but if I have a similar experience again, I won't be returning.

They may have had tech difficulties but that d... read more I placed my order thru the app. I arrived and the front desk attendant was printing a TON of tickets at one time. They may have had tech difficulties but that doesn’t explain why the cooks were all clueless to what to do. They were all just standing around. Most could barely understand English. I’m Hispanic, I understand. The front attendant took orders from people who literally just walked in and had no order placed ahead of time. Those guests walked out before I did and the other guests who were already waiting for their orders. I was already waiting an extra 35 min from the time promised on the app. There were no cup holders. I spent over 75$ on my order and to be treated like this is unacceptable. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this location. It’s gone down in service sooooo bad. The restaurant was dirty and there was zero direction to the employees. There were MULTIPLE GUESTS standing around waiting on their food. At some point, what was evident it was the cook’s family or friends, came in to the side window by the register, goofed around and laughed with the cooks and then walked out with a tray of wings, two bags full of fries and extra food all in front of waiting guests including myself. NOT HAPPY!!

It wasn't worth the trouble to drive back for a replacement, which left us disappointed with that part of our meal. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and helpful while we waited for our order.
