I did an online order for $72 and it was supposed to be delivered 11:45-12pm. Called 8 times to see where my order was at it was 35 mins late at this point. The person I talked with told me my order was waiting to be picked up by a third party. I said my order was supposed to be here over 35 mins ago, the guy said it was still waiting to be picked up. How was I to know that it would be delivered by a third party? I said would it be faster if I came in and picked it up as my order was already 35 mins late. They said yes, probably so I said I was on my way. I literally hung up and headed over to this location I was maybe 6 mins away. I get there and someone had already picked up my order! I literally had just spoke with someone regarding my order letting them I was just going to come and pick it up. Granted this is the 2nd time this had happened to me before with this location the first time I thought it was just a one time off deal... I WILL NEVER BE ordering from this location again.

I ordered a bowl of soup, paid around $10 fir that, including tip. Got just a bit more than a half of the bowl if soup. Also, asked for butter and was told it is not included.
