I ordered Gen Tao Chicken. The sauce was perfect and vegs fresh and nicely sautéed. My only complaint was the rice was cold and the chicken texture was like it had been put thru a tenderizer machine which makes the texture different than I like it. My dinner was $18+. Oh my gosh my take-out order which was delivered by none other than Brooklynn Holmberg was exquisite. Love the customer service and will certainly be a regular. She for sure deserves a raise!
Missing the Lyndale ave restaurant but was in prior lake and tried this one. It was pretty close to the original . I always get the same thing, combo #1. Real chicken as opposed to weird canned chicken others are using now.
We have not been to Fongs for over five years because the food was terrible! Today I decided to give them another chance and the meal was Wonderful ! Something sure has changed I recommend them for everyone. Great food !
Ordered orange chicken and it was orange jerky! The toughest Chinese chicken I have ever eaten! Unedible. White rice for supper.
Sharing pics of the delicious Moo Goo Gai Pan I ordered last night. Had arrived early for a meeting so I could enjoy supper with others. The staff has always been attentive, and last night I think they’re starting to recognize me. I think I’ve only been there three times. Food does not disappoint and the staff does a good job of anticipating your needs. I would suggest not ordering the same thing every time you go just so that you can get a better idea of what they have to offer. Until next time …
