Description

Tucked in Chaska, this modern bakery and coffeehouse delights with flaky Danish pastries, standout croissants, a creamy quiche, and inventive sandwiches (try the cashew-apricot chicken salad or build-your-own breakfast). A petite cheese shop, chips-or-salad sides, and pastry-warming on request enhance the experience. The cozy, welcoming space with friendly staff makes it ideal for lingering mornings or catching up on emails; note there are reports of inconsistent coffee quality.

My coworker brought goodies from this bakery and it’s the best almond croissant I’ve ever had! The center is filled with a sweet paste that is DELICIOUS!

Best little modern bakery Chaska has to offer. This praline pecan danish was messy, but delicious. This is not an eat in your car type pastry. Ask if you can warm your pastry up. I wish I would've. They do offer espresso drinks that smelled more delicious than Caribou Coffee, and I'm a fan of Caribou. Enjoy your visit here.

Absolutely incredible bakery. We tried the ham and cheese croissant (REALLY great), as well as some pastries. Everything was delicious. I really liked their mocha syrup too, very tasty.

Chaska's charming little modern bakery is a true gem! The praline pecan Danish was a little messy, but incredibly delicious. It's definitely not the kind of pastry you'd want to eat in your car. I suggest asking for your pastry to be warmed up—I wish I had done that! They also offer espresso drinks that smelled even more tempting than those from Caribou Coffee, and I’m a fan of Caribou. Enjoy your time at this delightful place!

I really enjoy the desserts and sandwiches at this place! It's definitely a must-visit in town. You can select either chips or salad, and their Danish pastries are truly fantastic!
