Jersey Mike's Subs - Apple Valley

The delivery was incomplete as we were missing the food items, including 2 bags of chips and 1 Gatorade.

Supremely unimpressed… Walked in just now. Three staffers making sandwiches for a couple customers.Waited at the counter to have my order taken. Wasn 't even greeted with a simple 'Hello, be right with you. '. After a moment I looked at each staff member and not one made eye contact.There was one staffer standing in the dining area having a social conversation with a person seated. After being ignored I left. Not a single staffer inquired as to my leaving without ordering.I called the store as I was leaving the parking lot. Sam answered. I requested to speak to a manager. Sam said his GM was too busy but he 's also a manager.With that I explained I was unhappy with being ignored. Stated I would place this review. Wished him a good day and disconnected.Sad. Poor customer service would be a compliment. I don 't return to stores where my business or requests for managerial support is ignored.

Yum! Best deli sandwiches around in my opinion. Love the fresh sliced meat and the sandwich topping options. Mike’s way is the way to go!

The friendly, attentive, and hardworking staff at this restaurant went above and beyond to deliver a delicious Giant Big Kahuna during a busy lunch rush. Two thumbs up from me!

I later learned that there is a Jersey Mike's location in Apple Valley, which is much closer to me. I decided to give it a try and was impressed by the excellent service I received. Although the prices were still higher than other places, I justified it by the savings in gas. The unique taste of Jersey Mike's subs has become my new obsession, and I find myself craving them often. I am now officially addicted to Jersey Mike's.
