This place was so delicious. The empanada appetizer is a must. For entrees, the Lomo Saltado and Rack of Lamb were so tasty. Outstanding food and offerings Fabulous service. Relaxing and beautiful ambiance/atmosphere. This is a family owned and operated restaurant, so their passion is poured into everything they do and offer. The Cahill Bistro is one of the finest hidden gems of Edina. Do yourself a favor. Eat your way through their awesome menu! You will not be disappointed. Don 't forget their desserts. This is how a great restaurant is run. Great place for a relaxing date night dinner. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheel chairs etc.
