I have been a regular customer since they opened but the past month and a half no matter if I ask for 5, 4, 3 or 1 spendas, it is SO SWEET I canot drink it. I have started askingfor 3 packets and tonight was my final time of going to this location. I asked for 3 packets and got 4 and it was sickeningsweet. And the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. Management needs to control this better and go back to using PACKETS asrequested by the customers. People diabetic controls blood sugars and paying 3.82 for a WRONG coffe is totally unacceptable. DO NOT HAVE ISSUES WITH OTHER LOCATIONS NO MATTER WHEN I HAVE GONE.

I have given them 10 minutes extra every time to give them some more time but either theymake the drink and don?t gather the doughnuts or vice versa. The customer service is terrible. I sit there trying to get someoneand they just pass me. Just like McDonalds service as far as I?m concerned. I normally don?t do reviews but I?m tired of thisplace.
