Description

**A Night Out at The Keys: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**

The Keys offers a vibrant atmosphere, combining bowling and games with a stylish setting. While patrons appreciate the friendly staff and lively ambiance, service inconsistencies marred some visits. Long waits for food, disorganized ordering systems, and varied portion sizes left diners frustrated. Despite these challenges, many enjoyed the food, particularly the gluten-free pizza. The venue’s appeal lies in its casual vibe, making it a great spot for family outings. However, improvements in customer service and menu clarity are needed to enhance the overall experience. Reservations are recommended during busy peak times.

Overall, it was quite good. However, I had to wait an hour for my meals.

During my visit to The Keys, the restaurant was bustling with customers. Unfortunately, the bar code food ordering system at each table failed, leaving patrons with no choice but to place their orders at the bar. To make matters worse, there was only one employee working at the inside bar, while three were serving at the outside bar. We were informed that any food orders placed after 8 PM would take an hour to arrive, so we decided to leave and dine elsewhere. The Keys really needs to address this issue to prevent it from happening regularly.

I enjoyed the entire experience from start to finish. It’s a fantastic place to spend time with my family and have a good laugh. We will definitely return. P.S. The staff were all incredibly friendly.

The place looks fantastic, they have done an amazing job! My experience: There were two people at reception, one who told us where we were seated and I somehow thought the other could have walked us to the table. We found our table and asked one of the waitresses where we could find a menu, she responded “there should be one on the table there wasn’t) but you can get it from the bar” we were sitting opposite the bar surely she could of handed one to us? I asked how do we order and she stated at the bar. We waited a while for our food which eventually came…mine first which was the steak I asked for it to be mediums rare it was a little over) but delicious! I would have preferred veggies instead of fries considering I paid $45 for the mealand the steak was tiny. My friends chicken Parma came 5 minutes later. I went to the bar to ask for cutlery and the told me where I could find it. In future it would have been nice to know at reception how to find my way around the venue and how it all works. I could have been asked “ are you new here” “welcome”. Having said that, the receptionist was lovely and polite. Also the music was super loud!!! I will be back again.
