I've savored a variety of delicious dishes, all prepared and served by students undergoing training. They are consistently friendly and polite, making the experience even more enjoyable. It's truly rewarding to support them on their journey! The atmosphere of the restaurant is also fantastic. Since they have limited opening hours, I recommend making a reservation in advance.

This restaurant is operated by students and trainees from the Melbourne Polytechnic Preston Campus (formerly NMIT), and the dining room has a sophisticated ambiance reminiscent of a 4-5 star restaurant. It offers a cozy atmosphere with plenty of tables, but it's advisable to make a reservation since it can get quite busy. The prices are very reasonable, at just $30 for a three-course meal. They are also licensed and serve a variety of beverages, including beer, wine, cocktails, and mocktails.
