Just when I saw that my delivery driver had arrived, my order was suddenly canceled! I was left waiting all that time—especially tough during a power outage—and then the restaurant cancels for no apparent reason. To make matters worse, they didn't even offer me a refund! That's $40 gone, including food, delivery fees, taxes, and tip, for absolutely nothing! I've been a customer of this place since childhood, and I'm very disappointed. I wouldn’t be so upset if they had just canceled my order right away and issued a refund so I could order from somewhere else, but they didn't do that! I'm genuinely frustrated.

I ordered mac and cheese and was told it would take 15-20 minutes to make. When has KFC ever not had mac and cheese ready? While it might occasionally take some time to prepare, the attitude from the staff made it clear they were just trying to avoid doing their work.
