Savannah, Aliyah, Ms. Carrie and Connor start our day off right-they get our orders correct and are so friendly. Food is delicious, coffee is perfect, store is super clean.

I go every evening right after work and get a coffee f... read more For the past 2 months I’ve noticed a change in employees and customer service in the evening around 5:00. I go every evening right after work and get a coffee for my drive back home. I’ve been going there since it opened. I started noticing that my coffee tasted like there was no sugar even though I ordered like I always do which is a medium with cream and sugar. I also visit 2 other DD’s and have never noticed a difference there. I found myself having to carry extra sugar in my car or getting out and going into DD to get more. Last night I decided to go in and have a conversation with the young people that were working. It was unbelievably rude how the young man spoke to me!!!! If this doesn’t get straightened out I will never go back there again. I’ve never had any problems up until recently. I hope the manager or owner will be able to get it straight. I don’t usually write reviews but I felt a need to for this especially with inflation!

Normally I... read more 9 out of 10 times when I order online from the Powhatan Dunkin? Donuts they do not have the blueberry donuts. The app doesn?t show they are sold out. Normally I just get different ones upon arrival but today I just asked for a refund. The told me theycannot refund my order. They said I need to call corporate and wouldn?t provide their number. The 2 employees were very rude. Itwas 330 in the afternoon and there was no manager at the store.
