The coleslaw was actually just more mashed potatoes. One of the chicken tenders was just a clump of breading, and they also included three cookies we didn’t request. This experience raises concerns about the safety of the food preparation.

Just when I saw that my delivery driver had arrived, my order was suddenly canceled! I was left waiting all that time—especially tough during a power outage—and then the restaurant cancels for no apparent reason. To make matters worse, they didn't even offer me a refund! That's $40 gone, including food, delivery fees, taxes, and tip, for absolutely nothing! I've been a customer of this place since childhood, and I'm very disappointed. I wouldn’t be so upset if they had just canceled my order right away and issued a refund so I could order from somewhere else, but they didn't do that! I'm genuinely frustrated.
