I wouldn't recommend this Subway location. I've visited several times, and there's always something that goes wrong with my order. While the staff are friendly and polite, it seems like there are major issues with the management and how the store is run. It feels like they lack proper training. I ordered through DoorDash, and when my sandwich arrived, it was a complete mess. The toppings were carelessly piled on, and the sandwich was falling apart. I also saw the manager making sandwiches in the store, and it was just as chaotic there. The male manager was unfriendly, which didn’t help the overall experience. I know that working in fast food can be challenging—I've been there myself—but this level of disorganization is simply unacceptable.
I ordered a foot-long sandwich on the 15th, and I must say, I was impressed by both the sandwich and the outstanding customer service from the manager, Isai! I’d be willing to drive from CDA just to return, thanks to the exceptional food and service. Great job!
The staff at this restaurant was extremely disrespectful, especially the manager. I care for a woman who has experienced several strokes and has difficulty walking, yet we consistently choose to dine here. I was taken aback by how we were treated at the end of our visit. The unpleasant experience we had that evening ultimately led me to decide not to patronize this establishment again.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Every single sandwich was incorrect. None of them had veggies or cheese, and all were on the wrong type of bread. We placed a fairly large order—four kids meals, three footlongs, and one wrap—but that doesn't excuse the terrible food we just paid nearly $80 for.
