I usually love subway , it's employees and the food . This was not the case at this location . The service was horrific , the employee making my sandwich had ab... read more I usually love subway , it's employees and the food . This was not the case at this location . The service was horrific , the employee making my sandwich had absolutely no retention of information as I had to repeat what type of bread I wanted to him 4 times . This continued throughout the entire process of building my sandwich , then at the very end he accidentally rolled it over and all the toppings and sauce came out onto the paper . Instead of getting a new wrap he just mangled all the ingredients back into the bread leaving an absolute disaster on the paper, then coating the outside of the sandwich in sauce and making it soggy and difficult to eat . Then proceeded to charge me for the wrong items before I had to correct him and let him know that's not what I ordered .Not sure what the issue is , but management should make some very much needed changes as this is the absolute worst subway experience I have ever had .
