He was do... read more Very nice and clean, excellent service....BUT when we went in a new employee was being trained and the manager would not stop harping on the poor guy. He was doing great and another customer told him as much. The manager then says Hey I tell him that all the time! She acted all offended that a customer would say that. Then the whole time we were ordering she was in the back blathering about a new marker. Overall it was okay but unprofessional.

I requested that the meat, onions, and peppers for my sandwich be he... read more They sure do need to be trained better... In customer service! Starting with the manager... I requested that the meat, onions, and peppers for my sandwich be heated separately, then toasted on the sandwich with the cheese. The woman (she later said she was the manager) was VERY rude uncooperative with my request, even asking what 's the difference . She then heated the meat/onions/peppers tray in the oven with the bread cheese, thus not fulfilling my request. I tried to explain that if you heat them first and then toast them, they get nice and toasty and delicious. Then the other woman rang up our order without removing her gloves, and then went back to making sandwiches without changing them. When I said something about it, the manager started yelling at me that she hadn 't touched the money. (She touched the screen, which is touched by many hands that have touched the money, so, same thing as touching the money). Gross. We will never go to this one again. It was pretty awful.
