The f... read more 12/03/2022 Just wanted to update our review of Republic! This restaurant has got to be one of the top 3 places in North Idaho and Eastern Washington area. The flavor combos, presentation and atmosphere is second to none. Staff is friendly and it's justan all around great place. Totally LOVE! This time we tried the twice fried chicken sandwich and the garlic dip. What a stellarmeal. Thanks Republic Kitchen and Taphouse for loving food the way you do! 2/14/2022 Went in today for Valentine's day lunch.First time visiting and was pleasantly surprised. Very sweet little spot. We went in with our eats already chosen. Started withthe Avocado Nachos and these are an absolute MUST! Main course was the Monte Cristo.... Wasn't super impressed with thissandwich but was not disappointed at all. Then the plan was to end with the PB and J crisp but it wasn't listed on the menu andwe were too full to even think about it. All in all it was a great new spot and we look forward to trying many things they haveon the menu. That Gal that greeted us was very nice and welcoming and out server was very attentive. It was a fun new place tofind!

We got a table outside with an umbrella. It was so fun to eat outside and enjoy the weather. Ourserver was upbeat and fun. I love this place!
