Sawmill Grille Spirits - Post Falls

I have never felt more disrespected and disgusted being served by a wait staff. We ordered our food for 5. We ordered 2 old fashions with top shelf whiskey. I am hearing impaired and read lips. I watched the bartender laugh and serve our multiple drinks with less than half a shot in our drinks. I brought it up to our waitress who brought it up to the black haired bartender she came and confronted me saying she went upstairs and grabbed a brand new bottle of glenditch even though I watched her pour less then half a shot in our our multiple drinks and laugh about, I asked her to remake them and she became extremely upset. She then complained to the patrons at the bar about us. Following that a curly haired women came up front and told her how to handle the situation and not remake our drinks they then took their fingers rubbed them around their lips with their middle fingers complaining about us for wanting the whiskey we paid for saying we were needy. My work comes here every week. We will no longer come here and no one we are affiliated with will be either. This was beyond disgusting and unprofessional.

I've been here twice now, I got the fish chips not sure why since I live on Whidbey island but they were fantastic. I was here 2 weeks ago and decided on the hot wings bone in and they were really good.The staff is always friendly and will greet you with a smile. I wish I could remember my waitresses name she was so sweet. The only complaint I have is the lack of parking, that being said this place is really busy.

We love coming here! The drinks are the best around and you can’t beat the food! LOVE the pulled pork! Service is always top notch! From the moment you walk in the door, to the hospitality at the table… All around my family’s favorite place to come! :

I was really impressed by the service. I was seated right away, my order was taken as soon as I was ready, and my order was delivered quickly and correctly. The staff was really friendly. The grilled fish tacos had a tangy spice and I really enjoyed them. I don't recommend the house salad; it's a boring iceberg lettuce thingy. I really liked the atmosphere and would eat here again.

Fish and chips done to perfection with sweet potato nuggets and house made coleslaw and dip. As well as the French dip sandwich and sweet potato nuggets a must try for everbody. Great outdoor seating and happy and helpful staff is the topping of a great meal.
