This restaurant is extremely slow, has insufficient staff, and offers poor customer service. Our order was entirely incorrect, and we ended up waiting in the drive-thru for 21 minutes. It's unbelievable.
I was 9 months pregnant and my vehicle broke down in the parking lot Angela single handedly came out in negative temperatures and tried to fix it.... She was unable to so she lent my husband her porche 911 to make sure we got to the hospital ok!! We did and baby del Angela was born that evening?
Went to PF Del Taco 1/27 around 1pm. All lobby doors were locked, no sign of explanation and no one came to answer the door. The drive thru seemed to be open with a line that wasn’t moving and wrapped around the building. If you’re a chain restaurant and only offer drive up food, no lobby service and no place to sit, at least have the decency to notify the public, shame on you. We won’t be back.
I ordered the #1 with two tacos, and when I opened it, I found it was almost entirely filled with cheese. When I approached the staff to ask if they could remake it or add some meat, the two employees became defensive and told me to speak with corporate. There was no effort made to resolve the issue. I ended up having to pay extra for meat just to have some in my tacos. I was really disappointed with the service. All I wanted was some meat in my tacos, but they were basically taco shells with just a bit of meat and overloaded with cheese.
