CONDITIONS FOR CONTROL! PROS. 1. Great and delicious cheese bites. 2. 1 large pizza, 2L pepsi and about 12 long cheese bites for Rs.700 were good (before I taste the pizza). 3. Since it is found in Jumbo Mall Riche Terre, there is always room for parking and diving. CONS. 1. There is only one person in the reception to take orders and also to work as a cashier. This leads to slow service and long queues especially during peak time. Need at least 2 or 3 people for faster service. 2. Pizzas are not great. 3. Not sure if it was almost closing time when I was there, but the staff with his jacket and helmet at the desk served me my food... is definitely not good! Especially if another staff screams from behind at one front to receive my reception before I give my order, only in case I was the wrong customer. 4. The staff, including pizziolos, did not wear their masks properly.

Hit and Miss Pizza experience. Sometimes good, sometimes very average. Definitely not a gourmet pizza. Very similar to Dominos, with similar prices. Huge waiting time, even if you are the only customer. (25 minutes in our case, and we had ordered over the phone before you go to the shop) Personal Customer Experience is so-so. Not all who are happy to see you (can not blame them, they are at minimum wage). Therefore not motivated. There is room to eat in the dining room, but it is according to AF. Recommend to take out. Overall, it's okay-ish. You won't hate it. But you won't be amazed, that's safe.

Worst service..they say to wait 45 mins for a regular pizza. Look at time on receipt and its already 20h24 ....almost 90 mins for this small pizza...

Worst pizza I've ever had. Frozen bases that taste aweful and are rubbery. Pizza topping was dry, no wonder they supply ketchup and not pepper. Never again. Could have rather eaten the cardboard box.
