One of the best restaurants we went to in Mauritius. We discovered this one quite late but still went twice for dinner. The food was delicious and the service excellent. The best was the fresh whole grilled Captain fish. With drinks for 740MUR for 2 persons also very affordable. View all feedback.
What Kovila V dislikes about Domaine:
The restaurant has a nice decor. The staff appeared to be a little overwhelmed, even though there were not many people when we arrived. The starter was disappointing as it seemed overcooked. We were served mutton instead of lamb, which was quite chewy. However, the garlic butter prawns were delicious. Overall, it was an okay experience but I would hesitate before returning. They have a large selection of food. I love their curries. Great outdoor space recently renovated. Still holds the old charm.
Very nice place to spend time with family, a very pleasant atmosphere. Food were raw(not properly cooked) and orders take too long to come(waited more than 1 hr 15 min for a grilled chicken). Food and drinks are very expensive and have an average taste.
