Mcdonald's Grand Baie - Verdun

95 minutes waiting time poor service tables are dirty toilet is discussing- smells from 10 meter we came at 20:45. From 3 “make an order by yourself” ordering machines only one was working. After a 15 minutes we made an order, but machine did not accept any of 3 different cards, so we needed to pay for an order at kiosk cash. 40(! minutes no worker came to accept the payment. I tried to talk to them, saying it is only one minute, but they just ignored me. Now it is 22:00, and we still don’t have our order… First time in my life, when “fast food” is soooooo slooooow Update: we received a number 2716 for our order after payment. People with numbers 2718-2732 already received their orders, we didn’t… Already 22:15, 90 minutes waiting for the fast food. I hope that MC will take care about this brunch

Food is fine you know what you are getting from McDonald’s, of course. Service, especially for a fast food place, is alarmingly slow. One particular drink, Sprite float was definitely not as shown in the menu. The image shows a Sprite with a bit of ice cream whereas in reality the opposite is true a strange description and item. This slow service is also mirrored at the Port Louis branch, which is concerning and hope this isn’t part of a growing trend across all the branches.

First is because you can't leave no stars which is what this store diserves. Loss of 3 stars Service zéro, nada, rien. I worked at Mackers for 5 years had some of the best training in my life with them. Had we given service like this place, I would fail my evaluation, not get a wage increase and a verbal warning. We waited 15 minutes. Ridiculous, it's fast food. over a 3 min wait you eat for free in Canada, USA. They didn't have meat, because of a supplier issue, so half the menu was not up for grabs so why the wait? Loss of last 2 for the food, OMG disgusting, horrible presentation. How can you mess up a chicken burger. No napkins, from the drive through. For waiting all that time everything was cold why? No condiments, had to add my own when I got home. Pretty bad. I never thought it would b be possible to eat at a McDonald's restaurent so poorly run... Have a look at my photos: Thumbs down for this joint. Head office should know about this place.

Not what we used to know from Mc Donald’s. Desert not available way to often. Burgers are a slap in the face . Staff is doing what they can but think that the franchise should establish clear norms to raise the level a bit neater to the Mc Donald’s that we know from other countries .

Food was good and service fast. Their bathrooms are in dire need of either repairs and cleaning or a renovation.
