The... read more The experience was absolutely terrible. After working a 14-hour shift, I decided to stop by for dinner for myself and my son, but everything was disgusting. There was ketchup everywhere, and it was hard to access anything. I called to complain, and they offered to make a new order if I came back to pick it up. Seriously? After a 14-hour shift? They then suggested sending me coupons. Are you kidding me? You've just lost a customer! I spent $25 on food that was inedible.

Normally, that wouldn't be too concerning, but during my wait, I noticed that they had several bags ready for DoorDash that remained there even after I received my order.
