My partner and I were torn over booking Son Brull and another hotel on the island... read more What can I say, I can't fault this hotel one bit. It was everything and more. My partner and I were torn over booking Son Brull and another hotel on the island and we are so glad we made this choice. I would happily stay there every time we visit Mallorca. The hotel itself is stunning, set in front of a mountain surrounded by orange trees and olive groves. The room was beautiful (we were upgraded as the hotel wasn't full) and it had a free standing bath and a huge bed. You can even choose your bed linen of preference from a menu the ultimate luxury! The breakfast was excellent and had both a buffet and a menu to order hot food. We had dinner in their 365 restaurant on one of the evenings and it was a memorable experience. If you can't stay at the hotel then I would at least recommend booking a special dinner there. Lots of the ingredients come from their farm or from producers very local to the hotel. We had a massage in the spa which was the most relaxing experience. One of the best parts was the activities they provide, we used the electric bikes everyday and explored lots of nearby areas which you can ride to on pretty back roads. This made the holiday so much more enjoyable than just taking a car everywhere. The free yoga class was great and taught by a very good teacher. We didn't end up planning tennis but will do next time. You can also book a tour of the bee hives and olive groves which we will also do next time. The staff are extremely helpful and do everything they can to make your experience as relaxing as possible. Nothing feels too much. When you leave they give you a jar homemade orange marmalade to take home. It felt like they had thought of everything. I can't wait to go back!
