The courses demonstrated the use of one ingredient prepared and cooked in different ways, the taste was exquisite! Local wines recommended with each dish were fabulous and perfect with the dish. The Sommelier whilst very good was not sufficiently attentive, the course was arriving before the wine. We had to ask for service. Food and wine 10/10. The service needs to be better.

While it did manage to make all of mucclothes smell of meat, it was not an appetizing sight. The food was good, but the whole thing felt like they were trying WAY too hard.
