Undercooked paella the rice should be “al dente” but it was more “al crunchy and crack your teeth” It was also so over salted that I couldn’t taste any other fl... read more Undercooked paella the rice should be “al dente” but it was more “al crunchy and crack your teeth” It was also so over salted that I couldn’t taste any other flavour but salt. Was there any garlic? Herbs? Unsure too salty to know. Also, husband had a steak and asked for it medium. It came out rare. Overall, bad experience. They rushed the food coming out and therefore resulted in undone rice and steak not cooked enough
