ATTENTION ALL CUSTOMERS!!!!My experience in this shop was bad, I go to order a sandwich for me and my friends as we just got out of school, and we wait in line and when I order and ask if I can use a coupon that I had received in the mail and expiration on Christmas, they said yes you can use that, then they go to say you have to cut that out before you can use it. And I think to myself “do I carry scissors on me?” “No, who does?!?” So I rip it out and the man working scans it and it goes through then I try to use a gift card and it get declined even though they said it had enough money on it! Had to use credit card instead of gift card. Don’t use gift cards here they won’t work.
Fast easy online ordering and pick up is convenient
The produce is not fresh; this has been an ongoing issue. If you avoid the lettuce, you might be fine—assuming the tomatoes aren’t spoiled. Today, they also ran out of mayo, which visibly embarrassed the staff.
Wheelchair accessibility: While the stores are not particularly spacious, they are sufficient for wheelchair users and provide wheelchair access.
My friend and I got Lauren as our sandwich artist. She made our sandwiches with the most perfect amount of meat and cheese that made the sandwiches amazing. We just wanted to say thank you and it makes us want to come back.
