The service was very slow. I placed an order online and used the drive-thru, but ended up waiting for 20 minutes. I almost left because I was late for work and... read more The service was very slow. I placed an order online and used the drive-thru, but ended up waiting for 20 minutes. I almost left because I was late for work and didn’t expect such a long delay. Since I had already paid online, I felt stuck. It seemed like only one person was taking and handing out orders at the drive-thru while another was preparing them, with four other employees standing by without helping. I don’t understand why it takes so long in the morning when there are plenty of staff around. On the bright side, my order was accurate.
