The staff here are incredibly helpful and kind. They showed great patience and were very friendly to the people I support. Everyone truly deserves a raise.
The service was very slow. I placed an order online and used the drive-thru, but ended up waiting for 20 minutes. I almost left because I was late for work and didn’t expect such a long delay. Since I had already paid online, I felt stuck. It seemed like only one person was taking and handing out orders at the drive-thru while another was preparing them, with four other employees standing by without helping. I don’t understand why it takes so long in the morning when there are plenty of staff around. On the bright side, my order was accurate.
Dunkin' in Poland generally operates smoothly and the staff are quite punctual.
