The food was enjoyable, but the service left much to be desired. We requested water but had to follow up on our request. We also asked for our chowder to be served before our main meal, but we had to remind the server again when our food arrived. To top it off, when we were leaving, we realized we didn’t receive our coleslaw. We requested two checks, but only received one. As a result, our waitress received a rather small tip.

We had a large group of 10 for our rehearsal dinner, and Cyndi's did an excellent job accommodating us! We ordered drinks, appetizers, and entrees, and everything came out fresh, hot, and delicious!

Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT go here....EVER!! We got here at 5pm on Wednesday, June 22, 2022...our server, Laurie L, moved with ZERO urgency to get our drinks and take our order....there was one other couple in the dining room at the time. We ordered the keg tots because the menu stated made with bacon and other ingredients, I ordered the two way combo of scallops(see picture) and haddock and my wife ordered the salmon with pineapple pico , mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. We were informed that they were out of onion rings and sweet potato fries....at 5pm?? When we got the keg tots I had to ask for plates for us, which seemed to annoy the food runner . The tots, supposedly made with bacon, were made with jarred bacon bits which were absolutely disgusting. When our meals finally arrived, I was greated with a huge pile of French fries, the pictured scallops and an overcooked, dry piece of haddock. I didn 't get the coleslaw that my meal was supposed to come with and the scallops were a JOKE. My wife 's salmon and pineapple pico was a joke as well...the salmon was way overcooked, dry and completely flavorless...which is hard to cook the flavor out of salmon. The pineapple pico consisted of pickled, canned pineapple and rough chopped green peppers and tasted gross...like straight up pickled pineapple. Her mashed potatoes were grey in color and looked like they had been sitting in a hotel pan since noon and they were barely room temperature at best and the corn on the cob(1/4 of an ear of corn to be honest) was luke warm and NOT served with butter. They did try to rectify the scallops ...just to bring out more of their joke scallops . When I showed our server and asked what is this? ...referring to the little fried pieces of who knows what, her response was those are pieces of shrimp ...I reminded her I ordered scallops...to which she replied those are pieces of scallops . I didn 't ask for pieces of scallops, I ordered SCALLOPS! I didn 't even bother to talk to a manager or the cook....I 'm sure it would have been a waste of time. So....after dropping almost $90 here, I will GLADLY say I 'll never be back!

The food was good. Service was not so good. We asked for water and had to ask again. We asked for our chowder before the meal. We had to ask for it when our meal was served. When we left we realized we didn't get our Coleslaw. We asked for 2 checks. Wegot one. Our waitress got a minimal tip.

Visiting Maine from Phoenix, AZ. Played golf at Poland Springs with friend from S. Portland. This place was highly recommended by local friend. We were not disappointed. Glad that indoor dining resumed after Covid-19. We ate down stairs also availableto eat upstairs). Brandi C was our waitress. Excellent , knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. She catered to all our diningneeds. I ordered their Steak sub similar to Philly steak) with onion rings. Large portions. Parking is readily available onsite. Menu was diversified and great atmosphere. Great place to eat after playing golf 18 holes.
