The manager, Simon Werta, was incredibly unhelpful and even mocked me when I called to discuss the issue with my incorrect order. Not only did he fail to offer any solutions to fix the mistake, but he also spoke to me with a lack of professionalism and a snobbish, sarcastic tone. When I expressed my intention to report his behavior, he sarcastically thanked me for a "good review" in a mocking manner. He denied any responsibility for the mix-up with my order and refused to make things right. The food I received was not what I had originally ordered, and Simon Werta did nothing to rectify the situation.
