Both my wife's and my orders looked poorly prepared, almost a... read more It seems like the staff at Arby's doesn't care about their customers or the quality of their food. Both my wife's and my orders looked poorly prepared, almost as if they were made by a child. My wife's order included two roast beef sliders with cheddar sauce and crinkle fries. Unfortunately, her sliders were cold, and it looked like they haphazardly slathered on the cheddar sauce without any care for presentation. As for my big cheesy bacon burger, it was also cold and soggy, drenched in an excessive amount of burger sauce on the bun. If anyone else received their food prepared in such a sloppy manner, I'm sure they would feel compelled to write a review as well. If the employees don’t want to do their jobs properly, they should let someone else who can take over. It's a waste of money to receive poorly made food. I will not be returning to Arby's. I urge corporate to take this feedback seriously and address the issues rather than just apologizing, as that doesn't actually resolve anything.
