The service was unforgivingly slow, eating was very moderate and it was ridiculously expensive our most expensive meal ever! the hands of the waiter shook nervously or in retreat? my drink job was wrong twice, and I finally gave up and went to cry. my chicken was over boiled, dry and hard, and my cousin looked out and tasted like candy pellets. the people from the kitchen brought food into the room and then didn't know who was then wandering to ask everyone who ordered it? the people next to us said you were eating ice cold. what a terrible experience! and on Valentine's Day no less. we used to come to willow for fine eating and excellent eating. what happened in the world? I'm so disappointed. we will not be back.
Has received our escape only 2 hours after our reservation time. very slow
Valentinstag debakel. very disappointed. have been fed here for years and have always been enjoyable. but their newest decision to make only special event food has apparently made a toll. they arrived late and cold, even after returning to heat the same result again. all they could do was write the guts. I'm sorry for our server who apologized all night!
Food was excellent! Our waitress was excellent but the food came out VERY SLOWLY! Arrived on time and left over 2 hours later! Too much time between courses.
We were there for restaurant week. The website menu was misleading in that it listed a wine with each course, but neglected to mention that they were just suggestions and not included. Then I ordered a Yuengling draft, but they were basically out and instead of suggesting another beer, I got a glass of flat beer that they didn't charge me for. I had a kale salad that was so salty as to be inedible, and my husband's pork chop had a sauce that was incredibly spicy hot. He did not mind it, but even though I like spicy food, I wouldn't have been able to eat it. My salmon was fine. Finally, our plates were cleared and we waited and waited and waited for our desserts. Eventually the server came out with them and tried to give them to two other tables before starting to take them back when we flagged her down. Needless to say, after spending more than $100 for this meal, we won't be back!
