The service was unforgivingly slow, eating was very moderate and it was ridiculously expensive our most expensive meal ever! the hands of the waiter shook nervo... read more The service was unforgivingly slow, eating was very moderate and it was ridiculously expensive our most expensive meal ever! the hands of the waiter shook nervously or in retreat? my drink job was wrong twice, and I finally gave up and went to cry. my chicken was over boiled, dry and hard, and my cousin looked out and tasted like candy pellets. the people from the kitchen brought food into the room and then didn't know who was then wandering to ask everyone who ordered it? the people next to us said you were eating ice cold. what a terrible experience! and on Valentine's Day no less. we used to come to willow for fine eating and excellent eating. what happened in the world? I'm so disappointed. we will not be back.

I'm sorry for our server who apologized all night!

Food was excellent! Our waitress was excellent but the food came out VERY SLOWLY! Arrived on time and left over 2 hours later! Too much time between courses. read more Food was excellent!
