What The Pho Boba Tea - Pittsburgh

This place was very welcoming and helpful during the challenges of COVID-19. The food was also delicious! Thank you for a great dining experience.

I had a negative experience at this restaurant before, but decided to give it another chance after a few months. It is conveniently located and I really want to enjoy it. However, this time the boba was undercooked, the noodles for my pho were not cooked at all, and the broth was too thick with little filling, resulting in a dry dish.

I arrived at the restaurant 5 to 10 minutes before closing time, hoping to grab a quick drink. Despite my concerns that I was arriving too late, the lights were on, the open sign was flashing, and the door was open. As I entered and expressed my relief that they were still open, I was abruptly informed that they were closed. I tried to apologize and explain that I thought they were still accepting customers for a few more minutes, but the employee cut me off and rudely stated that they were not open. I have never been one to push my luck by entering a closed establishment, and I found her response to be unnecessary and unkind. Previous experiences at the restaurant had been positive, with the staff handling similar situations politely. It was disappointing to encounter such a drastic change in customer service.

My son and my big daughter visited us today and surprised us with what the pho and nanban! double dooey? that is a separate audit. we have divided beef and chicken shells of pho. very delicious food. will definitely recommend and receive their pleasure again. kudos to this crew!

Got 2 bowls of pho and a bubble tea. Bubble tea was okay. The broth in the pho was good. But everything else (noodles, meat and veggies) was grossed and jacked up. I wanted to bring it back but the girl at the counter was by herself and since it was light up night, she had a line out the door.
