What User dislikes about Vue 412:
Just a very weird vibe from the moment we got there. The staff was friendly, but they didn't even seem like they wanted to be there. The food was sub par and very overpriced considering the quality. Would not recommend or return. View all feedback.
Upon arrival, we met with Dan, who claimed to be a manager. We spent two hours with him selecting food, during which he assured us that everything was all set and there was nothing to worry about. However, I never heard from him again. When I later called the restaurant, I was told our reservation had been lost again, and that Dan was not a manager but a server who had been fired. I then spoke to Melissa, who claimed to have been with the restaurant for years and promised that our event would be beautiful. I spent an hour going over everything with her, but I never heard from her again either. When I called the restaurant later, I learned that she had resigned just two weeks after our meeting. Over the course of one summer, with four different managers, I finally reached the owner, Rose, who also informed me that they had lost our reservation. This was incredibly stressful, especially after losing my beloved husband just before my son's wedding. When I tried to share my experience with her, she responded coldly, saying, "I have problems too." I strongly advise against planning any event here. The staff is disorganized, unfeeling, and clearly does not care about their customers. We found another restaurant that was kind enough to assist us just weeks before the event. Please, stay away from Vue 412.
Our table was beautifully set, and while we waited for our food, we enjoyed delicious French bread accompanied by olive tapenade. I have several food allergies, and the staff was attentive, crafting a delectable strip steak for me without any salt or spices, which was truly delightful. My husband enjoyed the salmon wrapped in prosciutto, while my daughter had the chicken parmigiana, both of which were delicious. The other two guests opted for an appetizer and a salad, and our waitress kindly brought everything out together as we had requested. Such a considerate touch! For dessert, they surprised me with a sparkler atop cotton candy in a tall glass, and they sang Happy Birthday to me—it was a wonderful way to conclude a fantastic meal. The portion sizes are generous, so be mindful not to overorder. Thank you for maintaining such high standards, Vue 412!
The atmosphere was incredible! We enjoyed a stunning view of the city. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. We visited to celebrate my boyfriend's and my one-year anniversary, and we will definitely be returning!
I had a great experience yesterday. I went for my birthday dinner and had to leave a review. The staff was personable and attentive. The manager joe seated us and checked in frequently. He made great conversation and made a point to get familiar. We talked the entire night exchanging stories. His staff sung happy birthday and allowed us to go to the deck for pictures. Also the food was nothing short of amazing with everything served perfectly.
