The food is consistently pre... read more In my opinion, this is the best Taco Bell in the Pittsburgh area. They always get my order right, and the staff is really friendly. The food is consistently prepared perfectly. We even drive all the way from Shadyside just for this location. The girl at the drive-thru on December 26 around 6 PM was exceptionally sweet. Thank you!

I ordered through the app after coming home from a long road trip and took advantage of it being convenient to order through the Taco Bell app. The app just has you submit a review and the last time this happened nobody EVER contacted me. I called the store and spoke with the “manager” Jason who needs some lessons in customer service because he lacks it. As a manager on duty, you gotta figure it out. Someone who’s ordered two meals and it arrives with 2 of the 7 items ordered. When I called he stated he couldn’t do anything at all. Well what he could of done was substitute for the items we didn’t get and probably won’t ever get a refund on. DO BETTER!
