Spirit - Pittsburgh

I came here for a DJed dance party and had a really good time. I was pleased to find someplace that had food. A huge slice of pizza for $4.50! There were a few tables around the edges, pretty decently sized dance floor, bar in the back. I believe there was a space downstairs but I was only upstairs. Not entirely sure if it was accessible. I had to climb up a few stairs to get upstairs and a few more to the bathroom but I did not inquire. Admission was cash only with an ATM on site. The bar took cards. I would come back here again.

Decent sized venue with great preferences every now and then. The staff is incredible.

My favorite bar in Lawrenceville! Their lodge is a great place to hang out and they have a concert hall to catch some more underground shows. You can't beat their happy hour deal with $9 pizzas and half off cocktails and drafts. They have a consistent stream of events every week consisting of live music, karaoke, trivia, and bingo so make sure to check out their website for upcoming events. The only downside to this place is that they're not open every night!

Great music for the era they catered to. No fights, no issues, good time. The food was good. I just wish there were more options. All that dancing you're going to do, you need to refuel .
