Pros: water views Cons: overpriced mediocre food We ordered calamari which was more batter than squid, their mahi mahi was overcooked and too salty, veggies overcooked as well and shockingly stoped serving frozen drinks on a Saturday dinner at 6pm. We were with kids so we asked for desert menu and they have none. No desert. Really? Not even a scoop of ice cream? Our waitress was nice but the other one who cleaned our table to use was rude and miserable. Not coming back.
We have eaten here many times and I keep trying to love this restaurant, but I don’t. The setting is fabulous and it’s the only restaurant on Washington’s Landing. However, at least twice, one of our party didn’t get their meal til more than 30 minutes after the rest of the table was served. Food is acceptable to mediocre . Interacting with the host/seating staff was infuriating, the manager was no better, and service was meh. We are actively looking for a new restaurant in the neighborhood.
Very comfortable place on the Allegheny River. Accessible from the North Shore bike trail and a great place to stop for a bite to eat and a beer
