Unfortunately, their coffee shop is temporarily closed due to COVID-19, but they are looking forward to reopening it soon. While shops that sell local goods can sometimes be out of budget for us, the genuine warmth and friendliness of the assistant manager made us more inclined to shop here again in the future.

I passed on the hotel's continental breakfast and enjoyed Redhawk Coffee sweetened with Pittsburgh Honey instead. I also found some great gifts for friends and family back home. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was lovely.
