The restaurant was not crowded at all, with four kiosks... read more I recently visited this restaurant to grab dinner and a drink, and it was a mediocre experience overall. The restaurant was not crowded at all, with four kiosks available but half of them were broken or offline. Unfortunately, the party in front of me took up unnecessary time by using only one kiosk to place their order. The process of getting a drink was a bit slow as the staff members were busy preparing food and cleaning, leaving me waiting for a while to get my cup. Although the kiosk indicated they were out of Bubbly water, it was actually available at the drink station, although not fresh. The wait for my sandwich was also longer than expected. Although Panera used to be known for its speed, it seems like those days are gone. However, the Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich I ordered was still tasty. It's important to note that the staff were working hard and the restaurant was clean, so the blame lies with the management for not improving operations. Hopefully, this review will prompt them to fix equipment, ensure fresh inventory, and address any other shortcomings.

This morning, the manager went around the dining area to collect used dishes and took the time to greet each table, sincerely wanting to say hello and check in on the customers. This kind gesture, not done for show, really brightened my morning as I enjoyed my cinnamon roll. This type of genuine interaction is why I am a frequent visitor to this location and would recommend others to do the same.

The inside of the store offers several sitting options. The sitting areas and tables were clean. No issue with cleanliness (including bathrooms)! This store is hidden away in the plaza around big stores, but if you think about stopping here and grabbing a bite, you will not be disappointed!
