Panera Bread
Description
This restaurant offers flavorful, well-priced dishes like soup bread bowls and teriyaki chicken bowls, complemented by pleasant outdoor seating. Many appreciate its clean environment and generally good service, especially for casual dining or working remotely. Catering receives high praise for attentive, reliable staff who ensure smooth group orders. However, some guests report inconsistent service, including inattentive or rude staff and disorganized order calls. Cleanliness issues, particularly with restrooms, have been noted at times. While the food quality remains a strong point, occasional communication lapses and pricing concerns may affect the overall experience.

We walked in at 8:50 pm and the girl at the register was so mad. I was going to order to go after my workout at the gym. She has some a serious attitude problem.
A typical Panera cafe experience. The wait was reasonable even as they dealt with an influx of mobile orders and the cafe was clean and comfortable with plenty of tables.
A middle aged woman with blonde hair was insanely rude and disrespectful. Im sorry you apparently cant handle the fact im trying to pick up an order, she should at the very least be written up for her actions. The way her body language and attitude towards me was flat out unacceptable
I want to preface that it was incredibly busy at the time I ordered. However, I am posting out of caution for those who have allergies. I had ordered a Turkey sandwich however, a side of my sandwich was covered in cinnamon? I didn't notice until I already began eating it. I am not at all allergic to cinnamon, however I know many who are. Just a caution!
