Fuku Tea - Pittsburgh
Fuku Tea
Description
Nestled in Oakland, this bustling bubble-tea café earns praise for chewy, honey-scented pearls, speedy service, and deep customization — two flavors per cup, multiple milk choices, sweetness control, and abundant toppings. An extensive menu includes popping yogurt, jellies and smoothies that shine in warm weather. Prices run slightly high and consistency varies: some guests report curt staff, occasional order mistakes, and fruit-forward drinks that rely on syrups rather than fresh fruit. Still, devotees cite excellent texture and variety, making it a go-to for boba enthusiasts.

Feedback
The asian man was very rude to us and our dog! Very rude told us to go outside and choose a drink there, thank you, but won't come here again! Teach your employees the rules of etiquette and communication with customers
The dragonfruit lemonade is the best highly recommend with lychee popping bubbles!
When made correctly the drinks taste good. But, extremely poor customer service. When I go here with my family we are ordering multiple drinks. I would say in 6 out of 10 visits they mess up at least one of the drinks. When they mess up your order they refuse to fix it. The staff will tell you to fix your order you must pay for a new drink. Meanwhile the cups they use are not sealed so it is very simple to for example add a scoop of pearls that have been left out. Instead Olivia who claimed to be the supervision on duty agrued with me for at least 15min. about why she couldn't just add the pearls which I had paid an up charge for to my drink. Now mind you we've ordered and paid for $30-40 worth of drinks so no one is trying to say get a free drink which is what Olivia tried to accuse me of until another staff person took over and offered a sample cup of the missing pearls. Very displeased.
