Grilled che... read more I really do not understand how this place has almost 5 stars. The food did not taste good. Almost $60 and we threw most of it away. Buns seemed old. Grilled cheese were black from being burnt. Not sure why my food tasted like onions. Maybe they grilledonions at the same time. Very disappointing. Maybe it was just a bad day, a really bad day. Probably won't be coming back. Tooexpensive to throw away.

I happened to be shopping nearby and was pleasantly s... read more This was my first visit to this Five Guys location, though my sixth time dining at the restaurant overall. I happened to be shopping nearby and was pleasantly surprised to see Five Guys in the plaza, so I decided to make an unplanned stop. It was a Monday evening around 5:30 pm, and only a few other customers came and went while I was there. Despite the calm atmosphere, the 5-6 employees I saw were all busy either cleaning the seating area or preparing food, which was a refreshing change compared to another location I’ve been to where staff seemed less focused. My usual order was ready and called out in just seven minutes — very fast service. Eating in meant my food was piping hot and fresh. As always, the fries were overflowing from the cup, one of my favorite things about Five Guys; I even spilled some out onto the wrapper, as you can see in the photo. For one person, a small portion is definitely enough. The small cheeseburger, Cajun fries, and chocolate shake were all excellent and consistent with what I’ve experienced at other locations. The price was a bit on the high side at $18 for one person, but I prefer the taste and quality of Five Guys compared to other fast food options. I’ve rarely had a bad experience here, unlike at many McDonald’s locations where floors can be sticky and orders get mixed up. The inclusion of tasty milkshakes makes it easier to justify the price, and I also appreciate the Coca-Cola Freestyle machines that allow you to customize your soda perfectly from the diverse menu options.
