Fir Junction offers a cozy, apres-ski inspired atmosphere with attentive service and a focus on safe, touch-free ordering. The food, especially the burger, chips, and arancini from Wild Child, consistently stands out for its quality and flavor. Beverage options include rare craft beers and a promising cocktail menu, though some found it limited during early openings. While outdoor seating is pleasant, lighting could improve. Though some hoped for a more festive Christmas vibe, the relaxed ambiance, great drinks, and delicious food make Fir Junction a promising spot for casual gatherings and repeat visits.
The dining experience was disappointing. They were out of many items on the menu, and we had to settle for whatever food was available.
The meal was outstanding, the bar was excellent, the atmosphere was delightful, and the brunch experience was fantastic.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I was hoping for a festive, Christmas-themed bar, but it was quite cold and uninviting. The place felt more like a garage with sparse decorations and a loud techno music selection, resulting in a lack of atmosphere. The menu was very limited, and they were out of several items. We were served on paper plates with plastic utensils, and the non-alcoholic drink options were restricted to just water and coffee. I see no reason to return.
The food was disappointing, and they ran out of several items. It was quite overpriced for what we received.
Enjoyed the outdoor dining in a plastic igloo all was good.
