First, there isn't a shelf for mobile... read more This is my favorite Dunkin' location. My orders are consistently ready on time. However, I do have a couple of complaints. First, there isn't a shelf for mobile order pickups like I've seen in other Dunkin' stores, which can be frustrating. My orders are always placed behind the counter, and I often find myself waiting and trying to catch a worker's attention. Just the other day, a staff member told me, "You know you can just grab your food. You don't have to wait," but honestly, I’m not comfortable reaching over the counter. Also, the parking lot can be a bit challenging when it’s busy. So, I guess that's two complaints.

This place is fantastic, especially if you visit in the morning or around lunchtime. It's so popular that by the end of the day, they hardly have any donuts lef... read more This place is fantastic, especially if you visit in the morning or around lunchtime. It's so popular that by the end of the day, they hardly have any donuts left! I had an amazing experience, and the Pittsburgh Cream donut is definitely a favorite!
