I was really disappointed this morning I ordered frozen Carmel coffee and they waited 8 minutes to tell me the the machine was broken and ask me if I wanted som... read more I was really disappointed this morning I ordered frozen Carmel coffee and they waited 8 minutes to tell me the the machine was broken and ask me if I wanted something else I told them a hot carmel latte and he gave me s ice coffee it too another 5 minutes mean while I have a bus to catch no apologies extra accommodations ?? I never had any problems before !

I'm not sure if they were running low on stock at the end of the day, but it would have been nice to receive a heads-up about the substitutions.
