I left feedback on the Dunkin' website, and the manager called me, saying the cook probably left them in the oven too long. She sent me a coupon last month, which I used to buy another dozen at 6 a.m. today, and they were stale again. This location is damaging the brand's reputation.

We weren't the only ones either—right after we left, a car pulled up and tried the door. If you’re not going to be open during those hours, please update your posted hours. It’s frustrating to make the trip only to discover that you’re closed.

I used Uber Eats to have my food delivered while I'm quarantining, but half of it was missing—specifically the hash browns, a donut, and a large iced coffee. The bagel I received was burnt, and my iced latte was made with sugar instead of Splenda, as I had requested. Sorry, Dunkin', but I think I’ll be choosing Starbucks from now on.
