My fianc... read more My fiancé and I visit this Dunkin' Donuts regularly, but each time has been a worse experience than the last. This time was particularly disappointing. My fiancé specifically requested almond milk for her drink, but not only did they forget it, when she went back to address the issue, they made her the completely wrong drink—with regular milk. While this may seem minor, it’s actually quite significant. For anyone with dietary restrictions, ordering exactly what you need and hoping it’s prepared correctly can be a challenge. It took me a few sips to realize it was made with regular milk and topped with whipped cream, which she did not want. We will not be returning to this Dunkin' Donuts, and I urge others to consider doing the same until they either A. Change management or B. Significantly improve their current lack of care and customer service.

The screen was lit up as if it was so we walked up to it then she called us from across the restaurant andhad an attitude the whole time we were placing our order. Food was fine but the service all but guaranteed that I will not bereturning to this location and I will even recommend to my friends not to go to this dunkin. Extremely disappointed andunsatisfactory customer service. I?m embarrassed for you dunkin.

She is literally stabbing her finger onto the monitor with her index finger ...annoyed. we were nothingbut pleasant with may I have, etc. Horrible customer service. I am now seeing these reviews and understand why. It clearly needsto be intensive customer service training. Needless to say..we purchased nothing...thanked her and left. We're good.
