Charleys Cheesesteaks - Pittsburgh

Mall food,which I have very low expectations for, expensive for what you get, and I just don't buy food from rude people. Pay better, hire someone that wants to serve customers.

Well try again and it just sucks like it's the worst I've had ever like it's made so sloppy

Well I can say that the location at the Ross park mall is just plane out and out bad mold on the cheese the manager teresa was rude i overheard her cussing at the employee the employee jay according to her name tag then teresa was mumbling under her breath about how stupid the customers was I couldn't even eat my food because of the mold I had to give this place one star because they don't have -5 stars and they need to step up their game get new management because they are all around bad. This is not my first time to the location there are a few good employees there the last time I was here Miss Jay was on the register. She was quite helpful. Help me with service. Help me find the food that I would like. Helped me with the app did they offer and at the time she was helping me Miss Teresa yelled at her for taking too long, I do not like this woman, because of her inability to lead a crew come on Charleys, get a better management

Food was great. Order to have cheese on the side and straw/utensils were missed but everything else was fine
