What Samantha M doesn't like about Cancillas:
I had a pickup order and I ordered the shrimp scampi and my boyfriend had the gnocci. I LOVE salt but the food was too salty to eat to the point that neither of us finished our meal. They forgot my bread that was included with my meal and my salad came with no dressing. I'm not typically someone to leave a review but I wouldn't want someone to have the same experience. That was something from the best pizza I had in my life! it is a new point, but if they continue to produce quality food like these, I see a future of longevity before them! fantastic eating, highly recommended!
The chicken Parmesan is amazing!! I have had nothing but great food from this place as well as friendly staff members will definitely be back for more.
The food is not terrible, the people working there seem cool, it's just not worth my money. The food seems about equal to Aldi items you can toss in an oven but it's because it isn't 100 percent on any order; onion rings are always a bit underdone or the toppings are exceptionally scarce on a specialty pizza. I've never even tasted the horseradish dip because they forgot it for all 4 items on 3 different orders.I liked the Catania pizza but the toppings were so small in volume there wasn't a half a cup of bruschetta on a large pizza.It wasn't bad, it just wasn't worth time or money. I would try it again in a year or so but I also wouldn't be surprised if I didn't have the chance to do so.
The one star is just a customer service score as I was not able to try the food. My boyfriend placed an order online through Slice, I drove down 15 minutes to pick it up, only to get there and they told me they don’t have the order and they were about to cancel the order idk if they didn’t have the food we ordered or they just didn’t start it in time, but they wasted my time and left me scrambling to find dinner. They told me I could keep the order but wait 20-30 minutes for them to make it but they weren’t apologetic and didn’t really offer an explanation. Next time, if you want to cancel an order, do it within 5 minutes of ordering.
