The star is the food in this tasteful but simple interior decorated restaurant. Homemade perioges , lump bread, and chilled corn crab soup were the stars. Certainly not cheap, but you get what you pay for. View all feedback.
What Christiane Utz Formberg doesn't like about Butterjoint:
This was my first visit at Butterjoint. I was not impressed. They have a limited menu and feature local foods, which is a plus in my opinion. However, the food and cocktail did not meet my expectations. The sauerkraut was very too sauer (like vinegar), the few green beans were too oily and the pierogis were just ok. The biggest disappointment was the cheesecake, that was completely burned on the top. Will not go back... View all feedback.
It was a few times. it cost every time. burgers are
Eating was not a good drink where very good service was good
Some of the food was ok like the fish pate and salad the veggie burger was terrible, all agreed on the table. it was unfortunately sent back when they came back with a regular hamburger, it was on a frozen bungalow! also the shooting was not very generous. also had 2 scotches, neat. first pouring was ok, but secondly very vaccinated. in consideration of the cost I do not recommend this restaurant.
The dinner menu was very limited. Two options: Salmon and Pierogies. I am not a fan of pierogies anyway and theirs were not exceptional.
Tremendous food, fantastic service! Keith was incredible and really made us feel so special. As always, raclette is a standout. This place has been a fave since the early Regent Square days, and it continues to delight.
